“We are always working on ways to attend to our visitors. Our lobby has fresh coffee and cold drinks, and we provide nightly packaged libations. Ask about our meals-to-go.”
– Bobbi Fabian, General Manager
This place is amazing! Small menu, but each dish is done perfectly. Maybe the best cappuccino I have had, excluding Paris. Very friendly staff in a cute, historic little cafe.
It is lucky there’s a place like this to have meals. 5* rate compare to local places. We had the freshly baked breakfast pizza. It was very good. It contained fresh tomatoes and sausages. The dough was freshly made and baked. This was very delicious. At the middle of nowhere, it is a good place to have a meal.
What a great place to eat in a ghost town in the middle of nowhere between here and there and in our case there being Death Valley. We arrived a little bit after they opened and it wasn’t crowded at all, but by the time we left they were hopping with business! All the food is made in house and it is very delicious. I had the avocado BLT on homemade bread and my friends all ordered pizzas which while medium in size had not one crumb left after they finished! One had the seasonal vegetarian and it had asparagus and peppers and I had one slice and it was super delicious!
The cafe is adjacent to the Amargosa Hotel and the only eatery within probably 30 miles. Unfortunately, they are only open four days a week. We were lucky enough to catch them on an open day and had a wonderful breakfast. Homemade bread and biscuits. Wish we could have enjoyed one of their pizzas as we heard they are excellent. Friendly staff and good service.
We ate breakfast at the cafe on our last morning of the visit. It is a simple, clean and lovely cafe. The food was farm to table and absolutely fresh and delicious. The service was excellent and would highly recommend supporting the local and low impact business in this great natural area so everyone can continue to enjoy it!
